Let’s face it—life’s busy. Between taking the kids to school, walking the dog, and managing everything else on your to-do list, it’s easy to forget something as important as ordering your pet’s food. And when your dog’s food bowl is looking a little empty, the last thing you want is to make a last-minute trip to the pet store.

That’s where we come in! At Korna Pet, we’ve been making pet food delivery a breeze for years. In fact, we were one of the first in the area to offer web store and home delivery—even before the pandemic hit! Back then, there were only a few of us offering this service, and we were so excited to be able to bring convenience straight to your door.

From Growing Pains to Better Service

During the pandemic, we were able to continue serving our loyal customers thanks to our prep work. That said, our system wasn’t quite ready for the huge surge in orders. We were servicing a pretty wide area at the time, including places like Langley, Mission, and even Whistler. While we love serving a broad community, we realized that in order to give you the best service possible, we needed to focus on the areas we could manage best. So, we’ve shrunk our delivery zone to cover North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, and Pitt Meadows.

If you’re in West Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, or Langley, we’re sorry we can’t get to you just yet. But don’t worry, we’re growing! As the volume picks up, we’ll be able to expand our delivery areas again. So, spread the word—tell your friends to use our service, and we’ll be able to serve even more people soon!

Introducing Next Day & Evening Delivery

Now, we’re excited to announce a new pilot program that’s going to make your life even easier: Next Day Delivery in the Evening! Starting on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after 6:30 PM, you can get your pet’s food delivered straight to your door the very next day—at a time that’s perfect for you.

Why the evening? Well, let’s be honest, we all have a lot going on during the day. And for many of us, it’s hard to stay home during the workday just to wait for a delivery, especially if it’s frozen or raw pet food. But most people are home in the evening, making it the perfect time for delivery. Plus, let’s face it—the roads are way less crowded after 6 PM, meaning we can get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

And here’s a bonus—Next Day Delivery is not just a convenience, it’s an upgrade! You know who does Next Day Delivery? Amazon. That’s right, we’re now in that same league—minus the prime membership fees!

If you’ve found yourself running out of food every month (or two), we’ve got another treat for you: Subscription Orders! That’s right—if your pet’s food is something you need on a regular basis, set it up as a subscription and you’ll get a 5% discount! No more stressing about ordering food every month or forgetting to re-stock. Plus, you can skip or modify your order whenever you need to. It’s flexibility and savings all in one.

And the best part? Our minimum order for free delivery is just $30! That means you can stock up on your pet’s favorite food without worrying about delivery fees. What’s not to love?
