Return & Refund Policy

At Korna Pet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return or exchange policy for in-store returns only. Please review the details below.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

• Items must be returned in saleable condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging) within 60 days of purchase.

• Returns are only accepted in-store; unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds for online purchases via our website.

• If you are unable to provide a receipt or if the return is made after 60 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit via a Korna Pet gift card.

Damages or Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

• If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at delivery@kornapet.com so that we can resolve the issue.

• We will make sure to evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or exchange in-store.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, etc.)

• Custom orders (special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care goods (e.g., grooming tools)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in-store and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item in-store and inspect it, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method at the time of purchase and will be completed within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• Customers in the European Union have the right to return or cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
