At Korna Pet, we make it simple and convenient to get your pet’s essentials delivered right to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options, timing, and areas we serve.

📢 New! Expanded Delivery Areas

We’re excited to announce that we now deliver to West Vancouver and Richmond as part of our pilot program!

• West Vancouver → Deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Richmond → Deliveries on Tuesday, Thursday

Your available delivery options will automatically show at checkout based on your postal code.

Free Local Delivery

• Free next-day delivery on all orders over $30 placed before 5 PM.
• Orders under $30 incur a $15 delivery fee.
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered on the following delivery day.

• Burnaby
• Coquitlam
• New Westminster
• North Vancouver
• Port Coquitlam
• Port Moody
• Vancouver

Delivery Times

• Standard deliveries arrive between 9 AM – 3 PM on your scheduled delivery day.
• While we no longer offer a dedicated evening delivery program, you’re welcome to leave a special request in the order notes—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Restrictions

Local Delivery Only Products
Some items cannot be shipped by courier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) due to size or freshness. These include:

• Raw frozen foods
• Large cat posts
• Crates

Items marked “local delivery only” will automatically remove courier shipping options at checkout. If you need help with large or heavy items, please contact us.

Cat Litter Delivery Limits

To keep deliveries safe and manageable, cat litter orders have a 60 kg weight limit.

• You can order up to 3 bags of 40 lb litter (~54 kg) for local delivery.
• If your cart goes over 60 kg, the local delivery option will be removed at checkout.

Examples:

• ✅ 1 bag (40 lb / ~18 kg) → Allowed
• ✅ 2 bags (80 lb / ~36 kg) → Allowed
• ✅ 3 bags (120 lb / ~54 kg) → Allowed
• ❌ 4 bags (160 lb / ~72 kg) → Over weight limit → Remove one to proceed

Canada-Wide Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery zones, we ship via Canada Post within 2 business days.

Make life easier with bi-weekly or monthly subscription plans:

• Save 5% on every subscription order
• Choose your preferred delivery date for convenience

Choosing Your Delivery Option

At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery or shipping methods based on your location, cart contents, and weight limits.

⚠️ Tip: If you check out directly from a product page (using ShopPay or “More Payment Options”), you’ll skip the cart and won’t be able to choose your delivery date or leave notes. To make special requests, please check out from your cart page.
