At Korna Pet, we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options and timing.

Free Next-Day Delivery on Orders Over $30

We offer free next-day delivery for all orders over $30 within our local delivery zones when placed before 3 PM.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following day.

Flexible Delivery Options

• For orders placed by 3 PM, expect delivery the next day between 9 AM and 3 PM.
• Available Sun, Tue, Thu only, with delivery the next day between 6:30 PM and 10 PM for orders placed by 3 PM.
  Perfect for customers who prefer evening delivery, especially for raw frozen foods.

We deliver to the following areas:
Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Vancouver.

Delivery Charge for Orders Under $30

Orders under $30 will incur a $15 delivery fee.

Canada-Wide Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery zones, we ship via Canada Post. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Local Delivery Only Products

Some items, such as raw frozen foods, large cat posts, and crates, are tagged as "local delivery only" and cannot be shipped via couriers like Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

  If these local delivery only items are included in your cart, courier shipping options will be automatically removed during checkout.
• If you need assistance with ordering large products or items that are not available for shipping, please contact us for more information.
  
  
  

Choosing Your Delivery Date & Time

At the Shopping Cart page, you can choose your preferred delivery date and time.

• If you select the Evening Delivery option, it will be available on Sun, Tue, and Thu, from 6:30 PM to 10 PM.
• If you decide not to set a specific date, the default delivery date will be next day between 9 AM and 3 PM.
  

Important: If you choose to pay directly from the product page using options like ShopPay or the more payment options link,
it will skip the cart page and take you straight to checkout. In this case, you won’t be able to choose your delivery date or time.

Important Note About Cat Litter Products

For cat litter products (e.g., Spruce Pointe Pellet 40lb or Feline Fresh 40lb), there are weight limits for local delivery:

• If your order includes cat litter items and the total weight exceeds 50 kg, the local delivery option will be removed at checkout.
• For example, 2 bags of 40lb cat litter (approximately 36 kg) will be fine, but if you wish to order more, some items may need to be removed to proceed with local delivery.
  
  
  

Subscription Options

Never run out of your pet essentials with our bi-weekly or monthly subscription plans.
You can also select your preferred delivery date for added convenience and save 5% on each delivery!

How to Check Your Delivery Options

At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery methods based on the items in your cart and your location.
If you're not seeing the local delivery option, check the weight of your cart to ensure it’s within the delivery limits.
