All patties are flash-frozen in a nitrogen-driven cryogenic tunnel within five minutes of production, ensuring peak freshness and food safety. Packaged in a state-of-the-art 24,000 sq ft Canadian facility, every batch is quality inspected and shipped in temperature-controlled trucks.
Serving Instructions
- Keep frozen until use. Thaw in the fridge for 12 hours before feeding.
- Use within 4 days of thawing and store unused portions in the fridge.
- Handle raw food with care. Wash surfaces, bowls, and utensils with hot soapy water.
- Do not cook. Contains ground bone.
