Would have appreciated knowing how the food would be portioned out. I looked to the suppliers website which suggested these would be in half pound portion but the 40lb wound up as roughly 1 oz cubes with many 1/4 to 1/3 size cubes.
Delivery order was stressful. I set my default shipping address as my home. When I checked out through Shop, it switched to my work address.
I immediately called and left a message though I tried to find online ways to correct the address—there were none. I replied to the Korna email confirmation. I called the next day and the message said to email through the delivery email. I did. There was no reply. I replied again to my sent email the next day.
I was given a 15 min heads up that it would arrive at my work. I messaged my home address. The delivery person was on the way so I decided to accept the delivery. I transported it to a fridge in the building as we did not have a freezer space large enough and brought it home. Then, had to portion out the hundreds of cubes to group into half pound meals.
